A symbol shows incorrect data — what do I do?
Each stock screen has a Request data fix button that sends a correction request straight from the app — the fastest way to flag an issue. You can also email us the symbol, the exchange it trades on, and the specific data point that looks wrong.

Email us the symbol and the exchange it trades on, and we will look at adding it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed by Apple (on iOS) and Google (on Android), so DivTracker cannot cancel them on your behalf. You can manage and cancel them at any time from your device:
- iOS: open the App Store subscriptions screen (Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions).
- Android: open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
How do I back up or transfer my portfolio?
Use the CSV export in the app's settings to save a copy of your portfolio or move it to another device.
Reporting bugs
We take quality seriously. When reporting a bug, please describe the steps to reproduce it. Crashes are reported automatically (without any portfolio data) so we can prioritize fixes — see the Privacy Policy for details.
Feature requests
We welcome suggestions. If there is a metric, chart, or workflow you wish DivTracker had, write to us. We track every request and most of the changes we ship come from user feedback.
